ThanksgivingWe had a great time with Mitch and Ryan Henrie's families in Cedar City. Here the kids are watching a Christmas movie at the Ranch House.
We ate well all week. This was Friday at the Ranch house eating Thanksgiving leftovers. Ryan had a good cut above his eye from the basketball tournament.

Carrying on the wicked family tradition of card playing it was a wild, loud, and crazy time. I can see why Joseph F. Smith is rolling over in his grave! Everyone seemed to enjoy it.
Well almost everyone. Becky struggled in the Rook game but she didn't lose too much money.

Thanksgiving dinner was incredible. Nothing better than great food and no empty chairs.
On the 5 hr drive down the kids chose to play Wii. Kind of looks like they are in a trance huh? Mind control it is!

Adam and Dad went on an adventure to find a sunset picture. We didn't find one, but we had fun exploring this train We saw antelope bones in one car and firewood and a fire pit where someone was keeping warm at night. "Cool" Adam said.
Andrew had a Hernia surgery. He asked his dad for a blessing before we went in. He was very brave and things went extremely well. They cut him open and took care of it without any complications. Andrew wasn't as thrilled about the Tigger pajamas as I was!

All finished and headed to the car. He was really brave and we were sure proud of him.
Kvinde is growing up fast and is really doing well in the kitchen. She takes good care of feeding those brothers of hers.
Saturday job this week was putting all the garden stuff in the shed for winter. Shad has the Judy Torrie allergies and it definitely cut into his productivity! Well not really. He did a great job with Wayne.
Raeghn and Mel had a quick breakfast after dropping Wayne off at Walmart to put annoying flyers on people's windshields. (Should have gotten pictures!) We love the fresh strawberries at Villiage Inn. He worked hard in the cold weather and earned his $7.25/hr.

In exchange for an extra long list of chores the boys and dad earned a snowboarding afternoon at Snowbasin ski resort. I (dad) can not sit down or get up. It was a good snow storm, but the three inches of soft snow on top of ice didn't cushing the fall sufficiently. I swapped Wayne's snow board which made it a lot easier to turn for me so I had fun but the day after pains have slowed me... Good time with the boys.
